JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. DIRECTOR, SPONSORSHIP SALES – NEW YORK METRO
Major league professional sports team. Must have 8 to 10+ years proven sponsorship sales experience. Position is responsible for developing and implementing innovative ways to build revenue through sales of team inventory. Responsible for pursuing prospects within specific business categories in order to develop new business accounts for the sales group. Accountable for reaching individual, team and inventory sales goals.

2. SENIOR DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – INDIANAPOLIS, IN
International sports marketing agency. Requires 5+ years business development experience with a proven track record of success. Responsible for initiating and driving new business relationships for the agency, identifying potential clients and assisting in the process leading up to securing them. Must have the ability to aggressively pursue multiple industries. Agency and motorsports business development experience preferred. BA required. Extensive travel.

3. DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – LONDON, ENGLAND
International sports marketing agency. Requires 3+ years business development experience with a proven track record of success. Responsible for generating sales leads, identifying potential clients, initiating and driving new business relationships for the agency and assisting in the processes leading up to securing new clients. Must have the ability to aggressively pursue multiple industries to seek out potential business opportunities. Agency and motorsports business development experience preferred. BA required. Extensive travel.

4. ACCOUNT MANAGER – INDIANAPOLIS, IN
International motorsports marketing agency. Requires 2+ years account management and event execution experience. Must have experience executing client program initiatives and being accountable for the direction and activation of client events, production needs and all related program reporting, including status, expense, and post-event analysis. Motorsports experience a plus. BA required.

5. SPONSORSHIP ACCOUNT MANAGER – NEW YORK METRO
Major league professional sports team. Must have 4+ years account management experience. Responsible for management of sponsor events and hospitality programs. Position will assist with negotiation of renewals and up-selling of sponsor accounts including implementation and creation of promotions, hospitality, media and signage. Position will be responsible for management of account executives. Experience with on-site management and execution of promotions required.

6. SALES EVENT SPECIALIST – NEW YORK, NY
Leading international secondary ticket broker – sports and entertainment events. Requires 2+ years sales experience in the sports or entertainment fields, specifically within ticketed events, including knowledge of the ticketing sales and purchase process. Primarily responsible for conducting phone sales, locating and purchasing tickets from external sources, and processing ticket orders originating from both live (phone) and online (internet based) resources. Strong customer service skills required. Should be familiar with the internet as a marketplace and a means of commerce.

7. TICKET MANAGER, THEATER – NEW YORK, NY
3 POSITIONS: BROADWAY/OFF BROADWAY, NORTH AMERICAN REGIONAL THEATER, EUROPEAN THEATER
Leading international secondary ticket broker. 3 Ticket Manager positions: New York City Broadway/Off-Broadway, North America (non-Broadway) theater industry, and the European Theater industry. Minimum 2+ years experience in theater, specifically within ticketed events including knowledge of the ticketing sales and purchase process. Must have in-depth knowledge of the theater industry and will be required to continually research new shows & up-and-coming performers. Position will learn and use company’s proprietary business model of market making/ticket trading; learn and use industry-wide primary & secondary selling methods to buy/sell and price inventory; establish and maintain relationships with ticket sellers and vendors; and negotiate price quotes with potential sellers. Must be business minded and have a basic knowledge of economics, including a reasonable understanding of supply/demand and open markets. Should be familiar with the internet as a marketplace and a means of commerce.

8. TICKET MANAGER, SPORTS – NEW YORK, NY
Leading international secondary ticket broker. Minimum 2+ years experience in the sports industry, specifically within ticketed events, including knowledge of the ticketing sales and purchase process. Responsible for learning and utilizing company’s proprietary business model of market making/ticket trading, and pursuing North American untapped event markets and leagues, including College Basketball, NBA (out of market/non-NYC), NHL (out of market/non-NYC), NASCAR, Tennis (out of market/non-NYC) and Golf. Responsible for learning and using industry-wide primary & secondary selling methods to buy/sell and price inventory; establish and maintain relationships with ticket sellers and vendors; and negotiate price quotes with potential sellers. Must be business minded and have a basic knowledge of economics, including a reasonable understanding of supply/demand and open markets. Should be familiar with the internet as a marketplace and a means of commerce.

9. TICKET MANAGER, EUROPEAN SOCCER AND RUGBY – NEW YORK, NY
Leading international secondary ticket broker. Minimum 2+ years experience and must have in-depth knowledge of the European/world event markets and leagues in Soccer (World Cup, UEFA/Euro CUP, CONCACAF Gold Cup, English Premiership, Serie A, La Liga, Bundesliga, Lique 1) and Rugby (Rugby World Cup, Six Nations, English (Guinness) Premiership, Heineken Cup, European Challenge Cup, Engage Super League). Responsible for learning and using company’s proprietary business model of market making/ticket trading; learn and use industry-wide primary & secondary selling methods to buy/sell and price inventory; establish and maintain relationships with ticket sellers and vendors; and negotiate price quotes with potential sellers. Must be business minded and have a basic knowledge of economics, including a reasonable understanding of supply/demand and open markets. Should be familiar with the internet as a marketplace and a means of commerce.

10. TICKET MANAGER, EUROPEAN CONCERTS – NEW YORK, NY
Leading international secondary ticket broker. Minimum 2+ years experience in the European concert industry, specifically within ticketed events, including knowledge of the ticketing sales and purchase process. Primary Markets of concentration include London, England (Wembley Stadium, O2 Arena), Music Festivals, and various events in Continental Europe. Position will learn and use company’s proprietary business model of market making/ticket trading; learn and use industry-wide primary & secondary selling methods to buy/sell and price inventory; establish and maintain relationships with ticket sellers and vendors; and negotiate price quotes with potential sellers. Must be business minded and have a basic knowledge of economics, including a reasonable understanding of supply/demand and open markets. Should be familiar with the internet as a marketplace and a means of commerce.
