Job Description
‘mktg’ is looking for an eager college student to partake in an internship for the Chicago office (Sept. 1 – Nov. 1). The ideal candidate is a Junior or Senior who is looking to jumpstart a career in marketing or a related field. A passion for sports and events is a must. If you are a team player, have the ability to work at least 15-20 hours per week, and a willingness to learn and take initiative, then we want to talk to you.

Job Description
- Work closely with Assistant Account Executive and Production Coordinator
- Assist with the execution of marketing events
- Assist with preparing presentation materials
- Assist with sourcing elements and vendors for events
- Assist with market research and strategic planning for client initiatives
- Brainstorming ideas for various programs
- Assist with office management and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and willing to work in a team environment
- Academic focus should be geared toward marketing/communications
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Must be a registered college student
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the internet
